Customer Care Team are great

I called Ovo to notify them that we had moved into a property that previously used Ovo and immediately got put through (not waiting on hold at all) to Sam, Customer Care Expert who was absolutely great. Sam was so helpful and friendly and made a great effort to build a rapport (even congratulating me on the house - which was such a nice and thoughtful touch).
