Did you know we're the UK’s No.1?
Quality service
We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and try to make everything as easy as possible for our customers.
Operating UK-only call centres, offering free energy efficiency advice, sending regular bills and giving the option to update meter readings online are just a few of the things you can expect from us.
Our awards
We’ve recently picked up several awards for Customer Satisfaction:
- For the fifth consecutive year we’ve won the uSwitch award for Best Overall Supplier.
- Scottish and Southern Energy ranked top of the Utilities Sector in the July 2008 Institute of Customer Service customer satisfaction survey.*
“Scottish and Southern Energy has become the customer service benchmark for the rest of the industry.” - uSwitch.com Customer Satisfaction Report*
Fair pricing
We win lots of customers over with our great prices but we know people only stay if they are getting a fair deal. So we will hold off putting up energy prices for as long as we can and try to bring them down as quickly as possible.
UK’s leader in renewable electricity
We’re really proud to be the UK leader in renewable electricity. This means our customers receive a higher percentage of electricity from renewable sources compared with the other 5 leading suppliers.
