We're one of the country’s biggest energy suppliers and our goal is pure and simple - to supply water with the same high quality of service our customers always enjoy.

Our supply areas

Water supply companies are appointed by the water regulator to supply water in specific areas. If you are lucky enough to live within our area, you will have your water and / or sewerage services supplied by us.

Our supply area is:

If you live outside this area, we will not be able to supply you with water.

The brains behind the mains

During the time that we’ve been supplying gas and electricity, we’ve become quite good at what we do. How do we know? Welsh Language Scheme

In partnership with the Welsh Language Board we have developed a Welsh Language Scheme, which sets out how we will provide our water services to our Welsh speaking water customers.
