SWALEC supplies water to parts of the UK. We're one of the country’s biggest energy suppliers and our goal is pure and simple - to supply water with the same high quality of service our customers always enjoy.

Water supply companies are appointed by the water regulator to supply water in specific areas. If you are lucky enough to live within our area, you will have your water and / or sewerage services supplied by us.

If you live outside this area, we will not be able to supply you with water.
All new customers in the areas we serve will be connected to our water supply system with a meter. This means you will be able to see exactly how much water you use and allows accurate and timely billing. A summary of charges for our supply area is available below:

During the time that we’ve been supplying gas and electricity, we’ve become quite good at what we do. How do we know?
