Phone our Meterline on 0800 220 995. Calls are free and the lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This is an automated system. Make sure you have your account number and your meter reading to hand when you call.
If you have more than one meter on your electricity account, please give the readings from all of your meters when you call.
You will receive a new bill in 5-7 working days.
Alternatively, become a registered customer which will allow you to submit meter readings online as well as view and pay your bills.
