SWALEC’s ambassador Ryan Jones gave a series of master classes giving step-by-step tutorials on the basics of the game as part of SWALEC’s Junior Stars competition for the 2010/2011 season.

The British & Irish Lions, Wales and Ospreys star covered tackling, a key skill for rugby players of all levels; the line-out, a key element in today’s modern game; basic passing and catching techniques, along with offloading in the tackle, vitally important skills for quick, gain-line advantage; and, essential stretching techniques and warm-up handling drills to ensure you’re ready from the first whistle.
